I love researching all the new workout dvd's that celebs have out!

Kim Kardashian's Fit in your jeans by Friday just came out and I am dying to know if anyone has tried any of the 3 dvd's yet?

On the site it states you will have a cute backside in less than 5 days if you choose to follow the The Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt! On this dvd the moves consist mostly of squat, lunges and quad work in a fast paced sequence.

Almond Goodness

I started baking with Almond Flour last year. It is the only flour I use to bake with because it is Gluten Free (I have a wheat allergy) and it has a low glycemic index.

I make so many wonderful treats with Almond Flour it is amazing!! I also use Agave Nectar as my sweeter as it also has a low glycemic index and it doesn’t harm you like sugar does. NO Sugar in my house!

Almond Flour is high in protein and low in carbs so it makes a wonderful staple to fun snack foods!

Jazzy Rice Cake Addiction

Sooooo, I am addicted to Rice Cakes. Yup I am! Rice cakes with Almond butter and a light smear of Organic Raspberry jam (Fruit Juice sweetened OF COURSE!)

I have been looking for a snack food that will keep me full and tastes great....I found it!

I use Organic Brown Rice cakes so I know I am benefiting from the whole grains ;)

Now go try it in replacement of those chips I know you want to eat! Beach ready bodies here we all come!!!

my favourite accessory

Hudson is my favourite accessory….not my jeans…..my Dog!  He is the cutest wiener dog ever!  Having a dog has changed my life for the better!  There are so many articles explaining how owning a dog lowers stress, improves your mood and keeps you in shape!!  Hudson and I are always out walking.

The Other Coco

It seems that we might have a new little designer on our hands! Coco Arquette is apparently designing dresses at the age of 4 and doing very well at it! Her latest design is an elegant red dress with a heart shape as the top! This lil’ one is cute and fashionable!

Dad David Arquette launched his own clothing line called Propr earlier this year. Will Coco’s fashions ever be produced? David did say “We’ll probably put that in [the line] for next Spring,”

Some kids just have talent early on! I love watching all the Hollywood kids dressed in name brand, trendy outfits. Maybe Coco should design clothes for kids? From one kid to another!

Fly Like A Dove

Okay, I may love expensive restaurants, shops and spa days…….but I have a weakness for my drug store shampoos! I admit it I have an obsession. My shower is lined with shampoo.

The latest shampoo victim is Dove - go fresh Therapy.
The scent of this shampoo is so wonderful and it lasted in between washes! Remember you are not to wash your hair daily!! Bad!

This shampoo made my hair so smooth after blow drying it and straightening it. I liked it a lot because it lathered nice and a little went a long way on my thick, long hair!

No complaints at all! Super cheap as well - $3.99....oh yea!
